Bakers Yard, comprising three blocks named 'The Barley Store', 'The Wheat Barn' and 'The Oat House' is a new urban residential development addressing Portland Street North and North Circular Road, Dublin 1.

Bakers Yard is a modern architectural set piece comprising three linear buildings arranged around two distinctly different external courtyards. The scheme provides high quality residential units and a high level of amenity space within an area of ongoing exciting urban rejuvenation. The scheme establishes a new commercial/residential streetscape along the eastern side of Portland Street North and also onto North Circular Road. The finishes of the buildings within the scheme are derived from the adjoining context but are applied in a modern way to achieve a consistency throughout the development and to provide a strong modern architectural identity for the scheme.
